Acne medicine on the face

Proper Nutrition: A healthy diet plays an important role in healthy skin.  Your doctor may advise you to eat a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and unprocessed foods that are packed with nutrients essential to maintaining healthy skin.


It is important to remember that treatments are different for different people and it may take time to achieve the desired results.  So, you have to be patient and stick to your doctor's recommendations and follow the daily skin care routine prescribed to you.




In addition to the previously mentioned treatments, there are some other tips that can help control facial acne:


Keeping the skin clean: Gently cleanse the face twice a day using a cleanser suitable for your skin type.  Avoid using harsh products or vigorously rubbing the skin, as this can irritate it and worsen acne.


Do not squeeze pimples: The urge to squeeze pimples may be strong, but it is advised not to do so because it can irritate the skin and leave scars.


Avoid excessive exposure to the sun: Exposure of the skin to the harmful rays of the sun may increase the spread of acne and cause pigmentation.  Use a sunscreen with an appropriate sun protection factor, and wear a hat and sunglasses when outside during periods of strong sunlight.


Avoid heavy cosmetics: Heavy cosmetics can clog pores and cause acne breakouts.  Look for cosmetic products that are non-comedogenic (non-comedogenic) and avoid using products with heavy oils.


Maintaining a healthy lifestyle: A balanced diet, good sleep, and regular exercise can contribute to improving skin health and reducing acne breakouts.


These are some of the usual tips and remedies for treating facial acne.  However, it is always advised to see a dermatologist to assess the condition and receive the appropriate treatment based on your individual needs.



Some alternative or natural treatments that can be effective in treating facial acne include:


Tea tree oil: Tea tree oil is antibacterial and anti-inflammatory, and can be used topically when there are pimples.  Apply a small drop of tea tree oil to the affected pimple using a clean cotton swab.


Honey and cinnamon: The combination of honey and cinnamon is believed to have antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory properties.  Mix 1 teaspoon of pure honey with 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon to form a paste, apply it on the pimples for 10-15 minutes, then rinse it off with warm water.


Aloe vera: Aloe vera has soothing and anti-inflammatory properties, and may help reduce pimple redness and skin irritation.  Cut a small piece of an aloe vera leaf and extract the gel inside. Apply the gel directly to the pimple and allow it to dry before rinsing it off with warm water.


Hot Steam: Steam can be used to open pores and deep cleanse the face.  Fill a bowl with hot water and lie face down over the bowl, inhaling the steam for 5-10 minutes.  After that, gently cleanse the skin with an appropriate product.


Please note that people may be allergic to some of these alternative treatments, so it is advised to do a simple test on a small area of ​​the skin before using it all over your face.  These alternative therapies may take time to show results, so it is advised to maintain and apply them regularly before making any decision about their effectiveness.
